How To Be Saved
Being saved is as easy as ABC because God loves you that much!
A – acknowledge your sinfulness to God
‘All have sinned (transgressed) and fallen short of the glory of God’ – Romans 3:23
B – believe on the lord Jesus Christ
“What must I do to be saved? And they said, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved” – Acts 16:30-31
“To Him (Jesus) give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believes in Him shall receive forgiveness of sins.” – Act 10:43
C – call upon the name of the lord
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” –Romans 10:13
God has made being saved from our sin, eternal death & Hell, as easy as ABC, because he loves us that much:
“God has shown us how much He loves us, that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us!” – Roman 5:8
Do you want to be saved from your sin? Do you desire God’s complete forgiveness? Do you want the assurance of eternal life?
A - acknowledge your sinfulness to God
B - believe (trust) in Jesus Christ as your Saviour
C - call upon the name of the Lord to save you.
You can pray the prayer below or in your own words if you would like to be saved:
“Dear God, I admit I am a sinner, I am sorry, I now trust you, I receive you, Lord Jesus, as my Saviour, please forgive me of my sin & save me. Thank you, Lord. Amen.”
The key is a genuine heart:
“With the heart one believes unto righteousness” (a right relationship with God) – Romans 10:10.
It is through believing, 'trusting' God ‘from the heart’ that Jesus died for your sin, that you are made right, ‘righteous with God’.
If you have Acknowledged your sin to God, Believed in Jesus as your Saviour, and Called upon the Lord to Save you; then Jesus gives YOU this promise:
“Truly, truly I say to you, He that hears my word, and believes on Him that sent me, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation. But is passed from death unto life.” – John 5:24.
Being saved is as easy as ABC because God loves you that much!
